The School of Science & Kinesiology includes programs students can transfer to a 4-year university and major in programs related to, but not limited to:

The School of Visual and Performing Arts includes:

Graphic Design Technology

Graphic Designers work in the field of graphic design, commercial art, media, and web graphics.

The School of Language Arts includes:

• Interpreter Training Technology

The primary focus of Interpreter Training Technology is to teach students how to interpret spoken English into American Sign Language and to translate American Sign Language into spoken English.

The School of Nursing and Health Professions includes:

• Pre-Associate Degree Nursing
• Pre-Emergency Medical Sciences (Basic and Paramedic)
• Pre-Health Information Technology
• Pre-Healthcare Assistant Technology
• Pre-Medical Assisting Technology
• Pre-Medical Laboratory Technology
• Pre-Occupational Therapy
• Pre-Physical Therapy Assistant
• Pre-Practical Nursing
• Pre-Radiologic Technology
• Pre-Respiratory Care Therapy
• Pre-Surgical Technology

The programs listed above prepare students to work in the medical field. All of these programs are “pre” programs that require a separate application to the program once prerequisites are met.

The School of Human Sciences and Education includes, but is not limited to:

Early Childhood Education Technology prepares students for a career in Head Start programs, preschool and childcare centers, and as teacher assistants in the public school system.

The School of Business, Law, Hospitality, and Culinary trains students in areas such as:

• Accounting
• Management
• Marketing
• Cosmetology
• Culinary Arts
• Criminal Justice
• Legal Studies

These programs prepare students to work in small or large businesses, administrative offices, law offices, and more and can provide additional skills and knowledge for business owners.

The School of Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, and IT includes, but is not limited to, programs in:

• Computer Networking & Programming
• Cybersecurity
• Data Analytics
• IT

These programs will prepare students to work in careers related to computer-aided design, architectural design, civil planning, computer networking/network administration, computer programming, and computer and IT support. Students can expect to transfer into degree programs like Computer or Information Science, Engineering programs, Mathematics, Statistics, and more.

The School of Manufacturing, Maritime, & Transportation includes, but is not limited to, programs related to:

These programs train students in specific trades or with specific skills to go immediately into the workforce.
