Description:
New first-time freshman with a 18 or higher composite score on their ACT are invited to attend Scholars Orientation to register for classes, tour campus, and get their questions answered!

To ensure a successful orientation experience and appropriate course placement, please do the following prior to attending:

•Complete an admission application for the appropriate term (If enrolled as a high school student in Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment, you MUST complete a new application for freshman admissions)
•Submit placement test scores (ACT or Accuplacer)
•Login to your My Gulf Coast account before orientation (login credentials were sent to your personal email account)
•Verify your major is correct (contact Admissions to update)
